About the best thing that can be said about gang shooters is that they're clueless amateurs with cartoonish shooting styles and no knowledge of military tactics and discipline. We're very fortunate that they're not, say, U.S.-trained members of airborne special-forces groups with access to sophisticated weapons such as automatic weapons, heavy machine guns, helicopters, and ground-to-air missiles.
